Principal's welcome
Welcome to Orana Catholic Primary School. Our school is a double-stream Catholic primary school in Willetton. The school Motto is “To Give is to Receive”.
We strive to live our faith in action by living the school motto in daily life. Orana Catholic Primary School’s Gospel Values: Generosity, Respect and Excellence, are the cornerstone of the school and community culture.
Our Latest Loreto Endeavour Award Recipient
The Loreto award recipient exemplifies and lives out the ORANA school values of Generosity, Respect and Excellence. They truly believe that in giving, they receive.
Year Five students have made a choice in a student who, at all times, displays our school values.
Congratulations to Aimee, who was presented with this award at our Loreto Mass by Sr Francine Roberts and Sr Margie Burke.
This scholarship pays for tuition fees for the following school year.
Auslan at Orana
Australian sign language (Auslan) is gradually being imbedded as a second language at Orana Catholic Primary School – thanks to the vision of staff and parents who are dedicated to making the school a more inclusive environment.
Classes from Pre-primary to Year 6 learn Auslan for 50 minutes per week. The kindergarten teachers have also begun incorporating simple signs in the classroom.
